32 or 47 Output Programmable Relay Board

This programmable relay board comes as a kit with a standard configuration and standard switch panels. The relay board and panels can be reconfigured for applications that require a high level of flexibility and a large number of control functions while occupying a small space.

Each output is independently protected against overloads by its own resettable breaker (breaker capacity specified by the customer).

All inputs can be customer specified to operate in the +12V active or Ground active modes. The operational logic for all inputs and outputs is specified by the customer and programmed at the factory. Five on-board analog input channels permit the monitoring of 0 to 14VDC signals and their incorporation as part of the system logic.
ECX Electronics manufactures customer-specified relay boards or programmable relay boards for the specialty vehicle industry (ambulances, rescue vehicles, fire trucks, and mobile command centers).

Outputs: Resettable circuit breaker protected

● 30 (20 Amp) Relay Outputs
● 2 (20 Amp) Solid State Outputs
● 2 (20 Amp) Fixed 12V Outputs
● Diagnostic LED’s for each output

Supply Output:

● 1 (Selectable level at 3V, 5V, 9V, 0.5 Amps, to power external customer transducers, etc.)

External Alarm Output:

● 1 (Ground signal to activate 0.5 Amp external alarm devices)

Switch Inputs:

● 32 (Factory or customer programmable to be active at 12 Volts or Ground) on Main Board.
● 2 (Factory or customer programmable to be active at 12 Volts or Ground) on Main Board for use with external signals.

Analog Inputs:

● 5 (For signals from 0 to 14 Volts).

Setup Switches:

● 26 (Factory or customer selectable to specify different operational functions).

Temperature Inputs:

● 1 (For connections to external temperature sensing elements, up to 16)

J1939 CAN Ports:

● 2 (For communication with external devices)

USB Port:

● 1 (For local or remote programming updates)

Display Screen:

● 1 (Optional device mounted on Main Board for diagnostics, calibration of analog inputs, setup of operational features, etc.)

Optional Board:

● 15 (20 Amp) Solid State Outputs
● Diagnostic LED’s for each output
● 16 Switch Inputs (Factory or customer programmable to be active at 12 Volts or Ground).
